Ms. Riya Gulati is a legal professional, holding an LL.M. from University College Dublin, Ireland with a specialization in Intellectual Property and Information Technology. She completed her BA.LLB from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, where she distinguished herself as the University Topper (Gold Medalist).
Ms. Gulati has authored over 80+ publications in esteemed national and international journals, magazines, and websites. Her research publication spans various countries including Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Ethiopia, South Africa, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Pakistan, and Indonesia, reflecting her global impact in academic and non-academic writing pursuits.
Ms. Gulati’s experience includes serving as a Youth Ambassador for the ONE Campaign in Ireland, advocating for developmental issues and ending extreme poverty. She also contributed her legal expertise as a Paralegal at the Law Offices of Caro Kinsella, specializing in US Immigration Law. Committed to social causes, Ms. Gulati has volunteered extensively as a social worker for numerous charitable organizations and worked as a young professional for governmental organizations, demonstrating her dedication to positively impacting society. In addition to her academic and professional achievements, she is a national-level taekwondo player.
