      When you pay fees, we collect personal information such as your name, address, and email address in order to process the transaction.

       When you browse our website, your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address is automatically collected. This helps us understand information about your browser, operating system, and overall website usage patterns.

       2. CONSENT

      How do we obtain your consent?

      When you provide personal information to complete a fee payment, verify a card, or engage in any related transaction, we assume that you consent to the collection and use of your information for that specific purpose only.

      How long do we retain your data?

      Personal information is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is legally required or permitted.

       Notwithstanding the above, we may retain academic and relevant non-academic records for as long as necessary to support the University’s academic, research, or administrative functions.

       4. DISCLOSURE

      We may disclose your personal information when required by applicable law, governmental or regulatory authorities, or in response to lawful processes.

       5. PAYMENT

      We use Cashfree, Razorpay and CCAvenue for processing online payments.

      • We do not store your card details on university servers.
      • Payment information is encrypted and processed through systems compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard).
      • Your transaction data is used only as long as necessary to complete the payment and is not stored afterward.

       6. OTHER THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

       Third-party service providers engaged by the University will collect, use, and disclose personal information only to the extent necessary for delivering services on our behalf.

      However:

      • Each third-party provider (especially payment processors) has its own privacy policies regarding how personal information is handled.
      • Providers may operate in different jurisdictions; therefore, your information may become subject to foreign laws when processed by them.

       Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party site or application, this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service no longer apply. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external websites you visit.

       7. SECURITY

      We implement reasonable security practices and safeguards to protect your personal information, in accordance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

       8. COOKIES

      We use cookies to maintain user sessions and improve site functionality. Cookies used by the University do not personally identify users across other websites.
