Prakalp – Welfare Fund for Outsourced Staff

National Law University Delhi introduces Prakalp—a Welfare Fund for Outsourced Staff—an initiative dedicated to supporting the very individuals who sustain the University’s daily functioning. From security to housekeeping, these essential workers often navigate financial hardships despite their invaluable contributions.

Prakalp aims to provide timely financial assistance in situations such as medical emergencies, accidents, bereavement, natural calamities, and, in deserving cases, children’s education—ensuring dignity and support in times of need.

Envisioned as a collective effort, the University has initiated the fund with a contribution of ₹5 lakhs and now calls upon faculty, students, staff, and well-wishers to come forward. Every contribution, no matter the size, strengthens this shared commitment.
