In order to apply for the Diploma and Certificate courses, a candidate is required to fill an online application form available at the University website. Admission to the course is confirmed if the candidate fulfills the minimum eligibility criteria which is listed below:
Candidates must be a Graduate in any discipline; In case of candidates enrolled in an integrated undergraduate course of 4/5 years Degree, they must be in the 4th or 5th year of the Degree course.

What is the difference between the diploma and the sub-courses offered?

The diploma course spans over a one-year period and comprehensively covers 4 modules. The sub-courses, on the other hand, are specialized short-term courses:
1. Advance Certificate in Corporate Insolvency: Law and Practice (CILP) – 6 months
2. Certificate in “Group and Cross-Border Insolvency Laws (GCBI)” – 3 months
3. Certificate in “Insolvency and Bankruptcy of Individuals and Guarantors (IBIG)” – 3 months
While the certificate courses specialize in specific areas and are suitable for those wishing to specialize in particular fields, the diploma course integrates all these topics into its comprehensive curriculum.
