Ms. Smeeksha Pandey

Smeeksha Pandey is a legal academic and practitioner with experience spanning litigation, arbitration, mediation, and legal research. She holds an LL.M. in International and Commercial Dispute Resolution from University of Westminster and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from Hidayatullah National Law University. She has served as an Assistant Professor at institutions including Amity University Mumbai and Sanskriti University, teaching subjects such as ADR, IPR, Administrative Law, and International Commercial Arbitration.

Her professional experience includes civil litigation and advisory work before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals, alongside active engagement in mediation and dispute resolution. She is an empanelled ODR Mediator with institutions such as Asian Centre for International Arbitration and Mediation and has been invited to judge prestigious national and international moot court, mediation, and negotiation competitions. A published author and researcher, her work focuses on socio-legal studies, gender justice, international law, and alternative dispute resolution.
