National Law University Delhi observed Vigilance Awareness Week on 31 October 2025 with a special lecture on the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility” (सतर्कता: हमारी सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी), organized on the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The programme sought to promote a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability within institutional frameworks.
The session featured an insightful address by Mr. Rajiv Saini, Joint Director, SSC, who spoke on the ethical dimensions of vigilance and the collective role of individuals in strengthening institutional integrity. A warm welcome address was delivered by Dr. Priya Rai, Coordinator, IQAC, emphasized the importance of vigilance awareness for fostering integrity, transparency, accountability, and preventing corruption. The Integrity Pledge was administered by Dr. Sidharth Dahiya, Deputy Registrar, with teaching and non-teaching staff, faculty members, and students reaffirming their commitment to uphold ethical conduct.
The event witnessed active participation from the University community and was held at the Moot Court Hall, NLU Delhi.
