With great pride and enthusiasm, we are delighted to announce the Inaugural Ceremony of the Vidhi Pragati: National IP Moot Court Competition 2025, scheduled to take place on 7th February 2025.
This prestigious moot court competition is a collaborative effort between the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, and the Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property, and Competition (CIIPC) – IPR Chair, National Law University Delhi.
The competition aims to provide an unparalleled platform for law students across the country to engage in thought-provoking discussions and advocacy on intellectual property law.
Key Highlights:
- Hon’ble Shri Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce and Industry, Government of India will be the Chief Guest.
- Hon’ble Ms. Justice Prathiba M. Singh, Judge, High Court of Delhi will deliver the Guest of Honor-Keynote address.
- Shri Amardeep Singh Bhatia, Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, GoI, will be the Guest of Honor.
The presence of the dignitaries will illuminate this momentous occasion, adding prestige to the event, while their insights will undoubtedly enrich the discussions and set the stage for an intellectually stimulating competition.
