Two-day Residential Workshop on ‘Basic Law’ for Officers of the Competition Commission of India, 17th and 18th November, 2022
The National Law University, Delhi conducted a two-day customised residential training workshop on ‘Basic Law’ for the officers of the Competition Commission of India on the 17th and 18th of November. The Workshop covered fundamental aspects of procedural, evidentiary, and administrative law.
The CCI participants in the Workshop came from diverse professional backgrounds, including law, economics, and finance, and were deeply involved in investigations and case analysis.
