Two-day Faculty Dialogue and Exchange Workshop (22-23 January, 2026)

National Law University Delhi successfully hosted a two-day Faculty Dialogue and Exchange Workshop (22-23 January 2026), organised by the Office of the Dean, Research, Planning and Strategic Development (RP&SD), under the guidance of our Vice-Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai, and Registrar, Prof. (Dr.) Ruhi Paul.

Faculty members engaged in vibrant discussions across four sessions led by distinguished speakers. The workshop commenced with Prof. (Dr.) Dipika Jain’s session on pedagogical experiments in law schools. It was followed by Dr. Samar Verma’s session on understanding the research funding ecosystem, offering an industry-led perspective on how strategic funding decisions are made across private donors and large-scale research grants. The programme also included a session by Prof. (Dr.) Shamindra Roy and Ms. Arkaja Singh on navigating research grant proposals in interdisciplinary policy research, focusing on academic and policy-oriented perspectives. The workshop concluded with Prof. Deepanshu Mohan’s session on mixed methods and alternative approaches to research methodology.

The dialogue marks a significant step toward strengthening research culture and academic exchange for faculty members at NLUD.
