The Chair on Consumer Law at National Law University Delhi, under the aegis of Ministry of Consumer Affairs, GOI successfully organized a One-Day Capacity Building Programme for the Executives of National Consumer Helpline (NCH) on 30th November 2024.
This dynamic training program aimed at enhancing the skills and expertise of NCH Executives in resolving consumer grievances effectively and strengthening the consumer protection framework in India. The event featured engaging discussions, expert insights, and interactive activities to build practical knowledge and operational efficiency. The following topics were covered by the Speakers:

Session II: Greenwashing, Health Washing & Surrogate Advertisements
Session III: Misleading Advertisements, E-Commerce/Quick-Commerce Issues & Dark Patterns
