On April 4th, 2025, the Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC) – IPR Chair, NLU Delhi, successfully hosted a thought-provoking round-table discussion on the role of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in strengthening IP enforcement.
The session, moderated by Dr. Yogesh Pai , brought together renowned experts from various sectors, including delegates from WIPO, CGPDTM, and leading legal professionals, to explore the impact of mediation and arbitration in IP adjudication.
The inaugural remarks were delivered by Prof. Dr. Ruhi Paul, Registrar, NLU Delhi. Followed by a special address by Mr. Marco Aleman, Assistant Director General, IP and Innovation Ecosystem Sector, WIPO, adding immense value to the conversation.
