      Residential Training Programme for Assistant Registrars and Registrars of DRTs and DRATs (23rd to 26th, March, 2026)

      National Law University Delhi is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Four-Day Residential Training Programme for Assistant Registrars and Registrars of Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs), organised in collaboration with the Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance. The inaugural event was graced by the presence of Sh. Samir Kumar, Economic Advisor, DFS and Shri Shailesh Kumar, Deputy Secretary, DFS amongst the other senior officials from DFS.

      The programme was designed to strengthen institutional capacity and enhance procedural and administrative efficiency within DRTs and DRATs. Over the course of four days, Officers engaged in structured academic sessions, deliberations, and interactive discussions addressing key aspects of evolving regulatory frameworks and key administrative practices in tribunal administration.

      National Law University Delhi places on record its sincere appreciation for the support extended by the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance. The University also acknowledges the valuable assistance from the Defence Headquarters Training Institute (DHTI) by facilitating essential resource persons for the administrative part of the training, whose active sessions ensured the success of the programme.

      The University remains committed to advancing such capacity-building initiatives in furtherance of institutional excellence and effective public service delivery.
