The Recruitment Coordination Committee at National Law University, Delhi organized the first lecture of its Outreach Lecture Series.
The lecture was delivered by Ms. Rupinder Malik (Partner at JSA) on Anti-Corruption and White Collar Crimes, in which she highlighted the contours of laws pertaining to white-collar crime and underscored the work that has been done in white-collar crime litigation practice. Ms. Malik has had over 25 years of experience representing a wide variety of business, industries and sectors which includes 9 years of experience at Baker McKenzie. She is also a chapter leader of the Indian Chapter of the Women’s White Collar Defence Association.
The Outreach Lecture Series aims to provide students with practical insights into legal practice by holding interactive sessions with distinguished lawyers of the Indian legal industry.
