Prof. G.S. Bajpai, Vice-Chancellor, NLU Delhi addressed practitioners and academicians on ‘Victim Centric versus Survivor Centric approaches: Is there a continuum between the two’ in Justice Inclusion and Victim’s Access (JIVA) Conference 2024 organized by the Pracademic Research Lab of Madhya Pradesh Police in association with MP Tourism and UN Women at MP Police Academy, Bhopal on 23rd March 2024.
The Conference focussed on addressing Intersectional Problems in Access to Justice and various aspects of policing and police service delivery, while addressing wider aspects of gender-based discrimination and violence.
