We are pleased to share that the Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC) at National Law University Delhi, in collaboration with LES India and the LES Patent & Technology Licensing Committee, successfully organised a one-day conference on Judicial–Industry Dialogue on Standard Essential Patents.
The conference featured 15+ distinguished speakers across three panel discussions, covering a diverse range of critical issues in the SEP landscape. It brought together industry representatives, practitioners, and members of the judiciary from multiple jurisdictions, enabling a rich, informative, and thought-provoking exchange of perspectives.
Conducted in a hybrid format, the event witnessed enthusiastic participation both in person and virtually across time zones.
We were honoured to have Hon’ble Mr. Justice C. Hari Shankar (Delhi High Court) as the Chief Guest, whose address energised the room and set a compelling tone for the discussions.
