Prof. (Dr.) Ruhi Paul, Professor & Registrar at National Law University Delhi and Chairperson of the UNESCO Chair for Legal Dimensions of Clean Sports, participated as a Discussant at the ICA Symposium – “Where Women Lead, Justice Follows”, organized by the Indian Council of Arbitration in New Delhi.
The symposium brought together distinguished members of the judiciary, legal profession, and industry to deliberate on “Breaking Barriers: Gender Diversity in the Legal Profession – Challenges & Opportunities.”
The discussion highlighted the importance of greater representation, leadership, and institutional support for women in law and arbitration, reaffirming the role of inclusive leadership in strengthening justice systems.
