National Law University Delhi (NLUD) and the Defence Headquarters Training Institute (DHTI), Ministry of Defence, formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding on 4th December 2025 to advance cooperation in capacity building, academic exchange, and collaborative research in areas of mutual relevance and national importance.
The MoU was signed by Prof. (Dr.) Ruhi Paul on behalf of NLU Delhi and Mr. Hemant Kumar Hem, representing MoD, DHTI.
The initiative and coordination for this partnership were led by Dr. Dinesh, Asst. Prof. (NLUD) and Ms. Tanu Shree, Dir. (DHTI).
