We are pleased to share that the Centre for Law and Urban Development (CLUD), National Law University Delhi, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Society of Construction Law, India (SCL India), marking a significant step forward in fostering collaboration and expertise in the highly specialised field of Construction Law. The MoUs were signed by Mr. Ratan K. Singh, Senior Advocate, Chairman of SCL India and Advisory Board Member, CLUD, and Prof. (Dr.) Ruhi Paul, Registrar, NLU Delhi and Patron, Centre for Law and Urban Development.
This partnership lays the foundation for a long-term collaboration focused on advancing legal education and professional training in the field of Construction Law. Through this MoU, both institutions will work together to conduct research, deliver certificate courses, and organize guest lectures and other academic engagements.
We look forward to this association fostering stronger connections between academia and industry, while creating meaningful opportunities for students and professionals in this dynamic area of law.
