Incubation of “Nyaya Mandal” at National Law University Delhi
On 23rd April 2026, National Law University Delhi institutes an Institutional framework, “Nyaya Mandal” to conduct Arbitration, Mediation, ODR, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution.
NLU Delhi Foundation, the Incubation and Entrepreneurship arm of the National Law University Delhi, has entered into an incubation agreement to set up “Samanjasya Arbitration, Mediation and ODR Council”. This institution is an attempt towards providing efficient and effective access to justice avenues. This ADR & ODR Institution will work from the campus of NLU Delhi. This will also provide valuable exposure to NLU Delhi students.
