We are pleased to share that the Centre for Tax Laws, National Law University Delhi, organised a guest lecture on “Aftermath of Tiger Global: Key Learnings and the Way Forward” on 15 May 2026.
The session was delivered by Ms. Gouri Puri, Partner (Taxation), Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co, who shared valuable insights on the legal and practical implications of the Tiger Global matter and its significance for international taxation, offshore investment structures, and tax governance.
Through an engaging discussion, participants gained a deeper understanding of the evolving judicial approach to cross-border transactions, substance requirements, and the future direction of tax regulation in an increasingly transparent global landscape.
The lecture was very well received by the students, with enthusiastic participation and discussion throughout the session.
