National Law University Delhi was honoured to host Mr. Mohit Saraf, Founder & Managing Partner, Saraf and Partners, for a guest lecture with the Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) students on 14 August 2026.
Drawing from his experience in corporate restructuring, Mr. Saraf spoke on the evolution, objectives, and institutional framework of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. He walked the cohort through the practical execution of CIRP and the commercial wisdom of the Committee of Creditors, and unpacked landmark Supreme Court judgments alongside recent IBC amendments.
The interactive session gave students valuable practitioner insights into distressed asset resolution. The session was felicitated by Prof. (Dr.) Risham Garg, Registrar, NLU Delhi and Course Director-in-Charge, PGIP.
