Ms. Sheetal Choudhary
Counsellor, Mental Health
Sheetal is a therapist, facilitator, and life-skills trainer registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). With over four years of experience, she works closely with students and young adults, understanding the trajectory of student life and supporting them through their transitions.
She believes that every feeling holds significance. She views emotions as valuable signals, and supports individuals in gently attending to even uncomfortable feelings with care, curiosity, and reflection. A central focus of her work is helping individuals develop an inner voice that is compassionate, reassuring, and motivating.
Her approach is empathetic, trauma-informed, and non-judgmental. She works with concerns related to stress and anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, academic and career challenges, adjustment to life transitions, peer and relationship issues, time management, burnout, and coping with uncertainty.
She believes that each individual has the potential to grow and reach their highest capacity when provided with a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space—where they feel respected, supported, and valued for who they are.
