Ms. Saumya Saraswat

Saumya Saraswat is currently serving as an Academic Fellow/Research Associate in the Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) at National Law University, Delhi. She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and Management from NLU Delhi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law from NLSIU, Bangalore, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law Institute University, Bhopal.
Her academic background reflects a strong foundation in intellectual property law, with research interests spanning copyright, licensing, and digital rights management. She has presented and published research papers in the fields of intellectual property and emerging technologies.
At PGIP, she is engaged in academic and research activities in the area of insolvency and corporate law, contributing to both teaching support and programme development.
