Ms. Nomita Mishra
Assistant Professor (Law)
Ms. Nomita Mishra is an Assistant Professor of Law. Prior to joining NLUD, she has served as an Assistant Professor of Law at Rashtriya Raksha University, An Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. Previously, she has also taught at Dharmashastra National Law University Jabalpur and has completed Judicial Assistantship at the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal Bench at Jabalpur. She holds a master’s degree in Public Law and Legal Theory from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and is pursuing Ph.D. at National Law University Delhi.
Her publications reflect an interdisciplinary approach, engaging with contemporary legal, social, and international issues. She has also presented her research at reputed national and international platforms and has delivered lectures in training and capacity building programmes.
Her teaching and research interests include public law, jurisprudence & legal theory, the law of armed conflict & international security, technology governance as well as issues at the intersection of gender & law.
