Ms. Manvee Sharma

Ms. Manvee Sharma is an Academic Fellow (Law & Technology) at the National Law University, Delhi. She holds an LL.M. in Public Law from National Law University, Delhi, where she was awarded the University Gold Medal and the Utkarsh Award for her significant contribution to the University’s academic growth. She pursued her B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, where she was honoured with seven medals – among them were the University Gold Medal and Vice Chancellor’s Medal.

She is UGC-NET qualified and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Law at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. Her research interests lie at the intersection of constitutional law, criminal justice, Artificial Intelligence, platform regulation, IPR, and emerging technologies.

Ms. Manvee’s engagement with teaching began early: as a Teaching Assistant at RGNUL, where she assisted with course material and pedagogy, which aligns with her role as Academic Fellow. She has also held several leadership positions during her academic journey, as Research Head, Managing Editor, and Co-Convenor.

Before moving into academia, Ms. Manvee interned with Tier-1 firms including Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Luthra & Luthra, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, and Kachwaha & Partners, which provided her with industry experience and exposure. She has also served as a Research Assistant at Jindal Global Law School. She has written several research papers, articles, and blogs and has worked on research projects including the Annual Survey on Empirical Research 2026.

Her academic work reflects an interdisciplinary approach to emerging technological challenges, with a particular interest in developing legally and constitutionally responsive frameworks for governing technological change.
