Ms. Akanksha Singh
Counsellor, Mental Health
Akanksha is a Mental Health Counsellor with over four years of experience in providing a safe, non-judgemental, confidential, and inclusive space for individuals to explore emotional and psychological concerns.
She strongly believes in the immense potential and resources of every individual to strive towards their own well being. However, at times, these resources and abilities might be clouded. Through therapy and counselling she wishes to help individuals to work through their cloud of self-doubt and emotional disturbances to get in touch with their own true self.
Her approach is empathetic, collaborative, and trauma-informed. In her work she intends to create a space where you can open up about your difficulties, experience safety and work collaboratively to live your life responsibly, freely, and authentically.
She works with concerns such as anxiety, academic and performance-related stress, emotional distress, low mood, self-esteem issues, interpersonal difficulties, adjustment challenges, burnout, and crisis situations. She supports individuals in developing emotional awareness, resilience, and effective coping strategies. She believes therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong,” but about understanding oneself with compassion and clarity.
“Being understood can be the beginning of becoming whole.”
