Pinky Anand is a distinguished Indian lawyer and Senior Advocate known for her expertise in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, and Environmental Law. With a career spanning over four decades, she has earned a reputation as one of the leading legal minds in India. Anand’s extensive litigation experience includes representing clients in numerous high-profile cases, where her legal acumen and advocacy skills have been widely recognized.

Dr. Pinky Anand has held the prestigious position of Additional Solicitor General of India, a role in which she played a crucial part in representing the government in significant legal matters. She has also served as Additional Advoctae General for the State of Uttarakhand and State of Goa. Her contributions to legal reforms in India are notable, reflecting her commitment to justice and the rule of law.

Her legal journey is marked by a series of landmark cases that have had a profound impact on Indian jurisprudence. Anand’s work extends beyond the courtroom, as she is also engaged in academic and policy discussions, contributing to the evolution of legal thought in the country. She has authored and co-authored several publications.

She has received several awards for excellence in law by House of Lords, House of Commons, FICCI, Lions Club, Bharat Nirman, PHD Chamber for Progress Harmony Development. She was a Core Committee member of the National Human Rights Commission. She has also received the French National Order of Merit from the President of the French Republic. In 2024, Dr. Anand has been appointed as the Delegate of ICC India to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. Recently, she has been called as Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitration.
