Dr. Anwesha Pal
Assistant Professor (Law)
Dr. Anwesha Pal did her B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from The WB National University of Juridical Sciences in 2011 and LL.M in International Commercial Law from The University of Nottingham, UK in 2012. She went on to finish her Ph.D. from WBNUJS in 2024 in International Investment Law.
She passed the UGC-NET examination (Law) in July, 2016 and has a teaching experience of more than 10 years.
Over the years she has taught at The Institute of Law, Nirma University, KIIT School of Law and Bennett University as an Assistant Professor and has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at WBNUJS. Additionally, she worked as a Research Assistant cum Law Clerk at the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench in 2017.
Dr. Pal has also attended the prestigious summer school at University of Antwerp, Belgium, on Companies Crossing Borders where she secured 3 ECTS credits, in 2018.
She has publications in national and international journals and has presented papers in both national and international conferences.
