National Law University, Delhi steered the intellectually charged conversation on the finer nuances of the Draft Digital Competition Bill 2024 in a closed group roundtable discussion which laid threadbare the modalities of the principles for fair, transparent and contestable digital ecosystem in collaboration with Chase India.
The discussion brought experts from the government, academia, industry, think tanks and associations who deliberated on principles for a robust and effective competition law in the Digital Economy that would lead to creating a robust ecosystem without in sync with current requirements.
