National Law University Delhi is pleased to share that Abhinav Katyal and Madhav participated in CNLU CARCIL’s CIRP Simulation Competition and secured the awards for ‘Best Resolution Plan’ and ‘Best Resolution Professional’.
The competition demanded an in-depth understanding of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, alongside the ability to develop a commercially viable strategy to resolve the company’s financial distress.
Their achievement reflects a nuanced knowledge of distressed assets and demonstrates their ability to integrate legal expertise under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy, with the financial and economic considerations essential to effective insolvency resolution.
