The two-year Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) – MA/LLM is a specialised academic programme in insolvency and restructuring offered by National Law University Delhi (NLUD). The PGIP Certification is issued and authorised by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). A separate Master of Arts (MA) / Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Insolvency is awarded by National Law University Delhi (NLUD).
