National Law University Delhi entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPR&D), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, on 21st October 2026.
Implementation and coordination of activities under this MoU on behalf of NLU Delhi has been entrusted to Project 39A, the criminal justice research and litigation centre at NLU Delhi.
This collaboration will pave the way for joint research and publications, expert consultations and policy dialogues, training programmes for police officers and other criminal justice stakeholders, and academic exchange between the institutions.
