Constitution of the Committee

This is in supersession to the Office Order no. NLUD/REG/2025/3139 dtd. 20/11/2025. The Vice Chancellor is pleased to reconstitute a the Committee consisting of the following members for planning, development, and oversight of the Podcast and Video Lecture Series:

Responsibilities of the Committee
- To prepare an annual calendar for recording and releasing episodes.
- To identify internal and external experts for interviews and guest lectures.
- To ensure that all content adheres to institutional policies and copyright/ethical norms.
- To oversee Studio arrangements, recording guidelines, metadata preparation, and digital archiving.
- To submit quarterly progress reports.
