The Centre for Criminology & Victimology (CCV), National Law University Delhi, successfully concluded a Three-Day Executive Development Programme – Mid-Career Training Programme for Police Officers of Madhya Pradesh, held from 4–6 December 2025. The programme featured enriching sessions on: New Criminal Laws, Scientific Aids to Investigation, Cybercrime & Digital Victimisation, Victimology & Police Responsibilities, Supreme Court Rulings on Police Procedure.
The inaugural session was graced by: Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai, Vice Chancellor, NLU Delhi and the Chief Guest, Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, ADG, Coordination, Madhya Pradesh Bhavan, New Delhi.
Over three days, distinguished experts – including Dr. Vineet Kapoor, Dr. G.K. Goswami, Ms. Chhaya Sharma, Shri. A. Sai Manohar, Prof. (Dr.) Mukul Raizada, Prof. (Dr.) Upma Gautam, Mr. Anuj Agarwal, and Mr. Sanjay Vashisht – offered deep insights into contemporary policing challenges and reform-oriented practices.
The programme concluded with a valedictory address by Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai and certificate distribution by the Chief Guest, Ms. Sonali Mishra, DGP, Railway Protection Force. The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Ms Shrishti Kedia, Academic Fellow (Criminal Law), NLUD, who hosted the three-day Programme under the guidance of Prof.(Dr.) Mukul Raizada, Professor of Law, NLUD.
