National Law University Delhi is proud to announce that its team has won the Inaugural Edition of the MMCS International Maritime Arbitration Competition 2025, held in the Maldives.
The winning team, comprising Lavanya Singh (II Year), Priya Sonkar (II Year), Aanya Singh (II Year), and Darshit Agarwal (II Year), brought immense pride to the University by emerging as the Overall Winners of the competition. The team also secured the Best Memorial Award (Claimant Side), showcasing their exceptional legal acumen, analytical ability, and research excellence.
The team extends heartfelt appreciation to their coach, Aryan Saraf (IV Year), and Junior Researchers, Ayushman Singh (I Year) and Vidhi Bagadia (I Year), for their invaluable support and dedication throughout the preparation process.
The final rounds were judged by a distinguished panel comprising Mr. T. W. Patrick McPhilamy, III, Mr. Harshal Babarao Bhale, and Ms. Suma Ilyas, whose expertise added immense prestige to this remarkable achievement.
