We are delighted to announce that National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM & Co.), marking a significant step forward in advancing expertise and collaboration in the rapidly evolving field of Aviation and Space Law.
The MoU was signed virtually by Dr. Shardul S. Shroff, Founder and Executive Chairman of SAM & Co. On this occasion, a team from SAM & Co. Ms. Ankita Kumar (Partner), Mr. Rudra Shankar, Senior Associate and Ms. Tanya Srivastava, Associate visited the NLU Delhi campus.
From NLU Delhi, the signatories and participants included Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai, Vice-Chancellor; Prof. (Dr.) Ruhi Paul, Registrar; Dr. Garima Tiwari, Associate Professor of Law; and NLUD alumnus, Mr. Aman Saini.
This MoU lays the foundation for sustained collaboration through cutting-edge research, policy interventions, certificate courses, as well as academic conferences, guest lectures, and workshops in the field of air and space law.
On this occasion, Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai, Vice-Chancellor, NLU Delhi, highlighted the growing significance of air and space law and emphasized the pressing need for legal and regulatory reforms in the aviation sector, given its rapid transformation and expansion.
