We are pleased to announce that the team representing National Law University Delhi, comprising Aanya Singh (Year II), Preeyal Sehgal (Year II), and K. Anandha Shiva (Year III), emerged as the Winners at the West & South Asia Regional Rounds of the 24th John H. Jackson Moot Court Competition 2026 , held from 17th March to 20th March 2026 at NLU Jodhpur. Preeyal Sehgal was additionally awarded the Best Orator of the Grand Final.
The competition was organised by the European Law Students Association (ELSA) in collaboration with the World Trade Organisation and brought together teams from leading law schools across the West and South Asia region to deliberate on complex issues in international trade law.
With this result, the team will now represent NLU Delhi at the Global Rounds set to take place at the WTO headquarters, Geneva, Switzerland, from 23rd June – 27th June, 2026.
