National Law University Delhi had the honour of hosting Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, and Hon’ble Member of Parliament, for the 22nd Justice Bodh Raj Sawhny Memorial Oration.
Dr. Singhvi delivered an incisive and thought-provoking lecture on “Federalism: Diverse Politico-Legal Perspectives,” exploring the evolving contours of Indian federalism and its deep constitutional underpinnings.
The oration, held under the auspices of the Justice Bodh Raj Sawhny Memorial Trust, continues to uphold the spirit of legal reflection, scholarship, and dialogue that defines NLU Delhi’s academic tradition.
