This session explored the efficacy of the ancient practices of community based dispute resolution in the light of its potential to address the challenges of today’s justice system.

The key theme of the dialogue was “Reinforcing Trust through Decentralization and Community Participation” and the panel highlighted the power of community-led approaches and decentralization in enhancing trust in judicial processes.
