The Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC), National Law University, Delhi, organised a special lecture of Prof. (Dr) Josef Drexl (Director, Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Munich) on post-truth politics and fake news. The title of the lecture was ‘Sense of Shame as a Virtue’ – Why is it that the invisible hand of the ‘attention’ economy promotes post-truth politics and how to solve the problem’. This public lecture was held on February 10, 2018, 3:00 PM at the Justice Y. K. Sabharwal Moot Court Hall, National Law University, Delhi. Prof. (Dr) G. S.
