National Law University Delhi through the Centre for Law, Justice and Development (CLJD) in collaboration with Law and Development Research Network (LDRN) organised the LDRN-NLUD Research School from 17th-18th August 2023. The school brought together faculty members and scholars from National Law University, Delhi (India), University of Padua (Italy), University of Antwerp (Belgium) and University of Pretoria (South Africa), providing young and early career researchers, including doctoral scholars and promising master-level students, with a platform to discuss their ongoing/proposed research and obtain critical feedback from peers and senior scholars.
The Centre for Law, Justice and Development envisions revisiting, analysing and engaging with the development discourse and its interface with the legal discourse with the aim to participate in, contribute to and endeavour to mould the discourse as well as operationalisation of varied notions within the same in ways geared towards securing just domestic and international order.
