National Conference on Affordable Housing: Building Inclusive Society for the 21st Century India
The Centre for Tax Laws, National Law University Delhi is organising ‘National Conference on Affordable Housing: Building Inclusive Society for the 21st Century India’, from 18-19 October 2019.
The inaugural of this event took place on the 18th October 2019 at NLU Delhi. It was attended by dignitaries and participants. The Welcome Address was delivered by Prof. Ranbir Singh, Vice Chancellor, National Law University, Delhi, and brief about the Conference was delivered by Dr. Jasper Vikas, Assistant Prof. & Executive Director of CTL.
The Inaugural Address was delivered by Hon’ble Ms. Justice Deepa Sharma, Member, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and the Key Note Speaker was Prof. Rajat Ray, Dean, University School of Architecture and Planning, GGSIPU, New Delhi.
Vote of Thanks was delivered by Ms. Preeti Lakhera, Asst. Prof. & Research Director of CTL, NLU Delhi, and Co-Convenor of the conference.
As many as 45 papers are being presented at the Two-day Conference, by over 65 presenters. A Book publishing 20 of the selected papers out of the 45 being presented at the conference was released by the dignitaries at the inaugural session.
The Conference is being coordinated by Dr. Prem Chand, Asst. Prof. & Research Member of CTL, NLU Delhi and Convenor of the conference.
