Induction Colloquium for 28 Newly Inducted Members of National Company Law Tribunal was conducted from July 13-27, 2019. The Induction Colloquium was conducted by NCLT in collaboration with Centre for Corporate Law and Governance, National Law University Delhi. Prof. (Dr.) Harpreet Kaur was the Programme Director of Induction Colloquium. During two weeks colloquium, 50 sessions were held on Companies Act and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code apart from meetings with NCLT President and its secretariat. Justice M. M Kumar, President- NCLT and Justice S J Mukhopadhyay, Chairperson – NCLAT had taken special sessions on Company and Insolvency Laws. 11 Professors, 15 Professionals, 7 NCLT Members and 4 experts from IBBI including Dr. M S Sahoo, Chairperson were included as speakers. Special Sessions were taken by Shri. Amitabh Kant, Niti Aayog, Dr Balram Gupta, Chandigarh Judicial Academy, Mr. S Ramann, NeSL, Shri Rangachari Sridharan and Dr P Mukherjee from NFRA.
