NLU Delhi’s G20 Event: Centre for Cyber Laws in association with The Global Academy of Law-Tech Education & Research organised a Roundtable Conference on the G-20 Effort to Promote Technological Transformation, Digital Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity
A Round Table Conference titled “The G-20 Effort to Promote Technological Transformation, Digital Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity: India’s Preparedness to Protect Critical Infrastructure and Digital Public Platforms” was organized by the Centre for Cyber Laws National Law University Delhi in association with The Global Academy of Law-Tech Education & Research on 5th August 2023.
The aim of the conference was to unravel the profound implications of the ongoing technological revolution and its impact on national readiness. The Conference brought together a diverse array of experts, policymakers, and thought leaders who engaged in insightful discussions and shed light on crucial aspects. The sessions covered a spectrum of topics, including the G-20’s role in promoting technological transformation, the implications of evolving digital infrastructure, and the imperative of robust cybersecurity measures…
Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) G. S. Bajpai, gave a special address wherein he talked about engagements of the university, contribution to Research and Legislation, especially relating to MHA’s amendments in the field of Criminal Law. He also shed some light upon India’s G20 presidency and emphasized in the context of cyber security that there is a critical need to close the existing digital gap and provide fair access to digital infrastructure for everyone.
