Dr. Aniruddha Rajput

Dr. Rajput is a Barrister and practices as a consultant with Withers LLP in London. He was a Member of the United Nations International Law Commission (2017-22), where he served as the Chairperson of the Drafting Committee of the International Law Commission at its 69th Session in 2017. He is currently a member of the Panel of Experts constituted by the UNIDROIT to draft principles of international investment contracts.
He was a Visiting Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law in 2019 and a Practitioner-in-residence at Humboldt University, Berlin in 2017.
