The second day of the Aviation Conference, held on 12th April 2025 at National Law University Delhi, marked the 4th edition of the International Conference on Emerging Trends in the Aviation MRO Industry (EAMRO’25) organised jointly by Aviakul Group of Companies and NLUD.
The opening session of the conference was graced by Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai, Vice Chancellor, National Law University Delhi, Gp. Capt. GVG Yugandhar, Director General, Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau; and Mr. Vaibhav Varun, Managing Director, Aviakul Group of Companies.
Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai, recognised the emergence of MRO sector as a strategic growth driver for India and urged the legal community to play a leading role, positioning NLU Delhi to develop regulatory technologists and aviation law experts.
Gp. Capt. GVG Yugandhar emphasized that collaboration-not competition-is the only path to sustainable industry growth and advocated for adopting international best practices in aviation.
Mr. Vaibhav reiterated the conference’s goal of integrating law and aviation.
With a forward-looking and solution-driven lens, panel discussions and fireside chats delved into key MRO themes: engine maintenance, rotorcraft support, tech readiness, drone integration, data-driven strategies, and workforce upskilling.
The day concluded with a reflective Closing Ceremony, a devotional dance performance on the Hanuman Chalisa, and a networking tea-celebrating collaboration and a shared vision for the future of aviation law.
