Yoga is an ancient practice that not only improves flexibility, strength and balance, but also helps in managing stress and anxiety. There are different forms of Yoga that are practiced today, each with its own specific set of benefits. For example, Hatha Yoga focuses on physical postures while Kundalini Yoga focuses on breathing techniques and meditation. Regardless of the type, the practice of Yoga is proven to be an effective form of physical exercise with numerous mental health benefits.
