Mr. Eashan Ghosh

Eashan Ghosh is an Advocate specialising in intellectual property in private practice since 2011. His experience spans commercial, appellate and Writ litigation before various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India, prosecution briefs before India’s Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, as well as an advisory and consultancy practice with expertise in the fields of consumer goods and services, film and media, pharmaceuticals, software and IT, and education services.
Eashan has taught bachelors, masters, and professionals courses in intellectual property at five Indian law schools since 2013. He has authored three book titles: two editions of Imperfect Recollections: The Indian Supreme Court on Trade Mark Law (2020 & 2024) and The Finished Article: Essays on Indian Designs Law (2022).
