The Centre for Innovation, Intellectual Property and Competition (CIIPC) and the National Academy of Law Teaching at the National Law University, Delhi organised the Fifth Annual IP Teaching Workshop at NLU Delhi on 31st March and 1st April, 2016. The IP teaching workshop was the flagship event of CIIPC and there were participants from different parts of the country. The workshop began with a welcome address by Prof. (Dr) Ranbir Singh, the Vice-Chancellor of the National Law University, Delhi. Thereafter, the theme and objectives of the workshop were introduced by Mr Yogesh Pai, Co-Director, CIIPC, NLU Delhi. The theme of the workshop was “IP Interfaces” and the workshop discussed the interface of IP laws with many other important laws, so as to get a more holistic understanding of the “interfaces”. The discussions were organised in different clusters and contemporary legal issues in the following clusters were discussed in detail:

Prof. (Dr.) G.S Bajpai, Registrar, NLU Delhi delivered the Valedictory Address on 1st April 2016. The event ended with vote of thanks by Dr. Arul George Scaria, Co-Director, CIIIPC.
