  • Dr. Sidharth Dahiya has practiced as an advocate in Hon’ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana, Chandigarh. He has dealt with service jurisprudence and criminal  laws matter in the court.
  • He got his doctorate degree from National Law University Delhi in 2018.
  • He completed his LL.M degree from the National Law University Delhi in 2014. His area of interest in academics is criminal law and constitutional law.
  • He has also worked as Research Assistant with Professor Theodore Eisenberg (Cornell Law School, USA) from 2013 to 2014.
  • He participated and coordinated the Training for Trainers Workshop in Clinical Legal Education under the aegis of the 7th World Wide Conference: Advancing Justice Education Through Global Commitments and Connections jointly organized by the National Law University, Delhi Under the Auspices of National Academy of Law Teachers and Chair On Professional Ethics and Global Alliance for Justice Education at National Law University, Delhi and he is an active member of the GAJE FOUNDATION.
  • He has also attended and successfully completed the Professional Advancement Training for Young Advocates On Constitutional Law Practice and Human Rights Advocacy organized by IBA-CLE Chair, National Law School of India University and Menon Institute of Legal Advocacy Training.
  • He has coordinated and successfully completed various National & International Workshops relating to the Research Methodology& Data Analysis held at the National Law University Delhi.
  • He is an active member of AIESEC (Association internationale des étudiantsen sciences économiques et commerciales).
  • He has organized and coordinated more than 75 conferences and workshops at National Law University Delhi which have benefited the academicians, advocates, researchers, students from India and other countries.
  • He went on a study tour organised by Helena Kennedy Centre for International Justice, Sheffield Hallam University, U.K.  which was held in February 2017.
